The Bihar State Momin Conference (Q) is a prominent regional socio-political organization that actively represents and advocates for the interests of the Momin Ansar community within the state of Bihar, India. The Momin Ansars, traditionally involved in weaving and textile-related occupations, are recognized as part of the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) and form a significant portion of the Muslim population in Bihar.
